Talent gets athletes noticed. Mindset keeps them performing.

Athlete Insights measures how an athlete is naturally wired and the mental skills they have actually built, shows you the gap between the two, then helps you coach it. Validated assessments, everyday wellbeing tracking and coaching, in one system for athletes, coaches and organisations.

Built in Australia on the FinxS platform by Extended DISC, used in workplaces and sport worldwide.

The problem

You can see the talent. So why the inconsistency?

Every coach knows this athlete. Brilliant at training, brittle on game day. Physically ready, mentally somewhere else. You are told to "build resilience" or "work on focus", but nobody hands you a starting point, a measure, or a method.

Most sports profiling tools do not help much either. They tell you an athlete's behavioural style, hand over a PDF, and stop. Style is useful, but style is not the whole story. Two athletes with identical profiles can perform completely differently, because one has built the mental skills to manage themselves under pressure and the other has not.

The missing piece is not more data about how athletes are wired. It is knowing which mindset skills they have developed, which they have not, and what to do about it next Tuesday at training.

The method

Assess. See the gap. Coach it. Keep tracking.

01

Assess both sides

The Sports Behavioural Assessment measures how an athlete naturally behaves. The Sports Competence report measures the 18 Mindset Competences they have built.

02

See the gap

Sports18 combines the two, so you see mindset and behaviour side by side, and exactly where natural wiring and developed skill do not yet match.

03

Coach it

Reports come with a human debrief, not just a PDF. Athletes get practical next steps. Coaches get trained to read results and coach to them.

04

Keep tracking

Sleep, nutrition, mood and journalling feed insight over time, so patterns show up before they become problems.

Point of difference

Style tells you how they're wired. We also measure what they've built.

Plenty of tools give athletes a behavioural or style profile, a one-off snapshot, and stop there. Athlete Insights measures mindset competence, shows the gap with Sports18, and coaches it, training the coach as well as the athlete.

Know how they're wired.
Measure what they've built.
Coach the gap.

Proof

Trusted by coaches who wanted more than a profile.

Two different doors into the same belief: athletes fail for want of support, not for want of talent.
